About
Our mission is to make disciples of those who make disciples of all nations.
Our ministry is to enhance cross-cultural effectiveness by:
Educating through Consulting
CULTURELink designs solutions for churches and mission organizations to build and enrich their mission programs. We come alongside mission committees, church planters, and global agencies to create and analyze policies and procedures, budgets, strategic partnerships, and missionary care in order to maximize human and financial resources.
Equipping through Seminars & Resources
How can short-term missions lead to long-term growth for teams and add real value to the vision of those on the mission field? In a word: Discipleship.
Designed to train leaders to train teams, our seminars are highly relational, informative, and interactive. CULTURELink’s hands-on training allows team leaders the opportunity to experience being part of a team themselves prior to assuming their leadership roles. CULTURELink’s curriculum provides a systematic, interactive training approach to preparing a short-term mission team for ministry. CULTURELink works with mission organizations, churches, and humanitarian groups, equipping them with the “how-to's” of team development and preparing them for cross-cultural challenges. Regardless of the specific ministry task or location, every team needs to be trained in basic issues such as cultural sensitivity and the development of a support team. CULTURELink believes a well-discipled team is the most effective cross-cultural team.
Empowering through Partnership & Projects
CULTURELink is strategically involved in several areas around the globe, each with unique expressions of ministry. The focus of CULTURELink’s Global Partnerships and Projects is to care for, develop, and mobilize the body of Christ.
